Leadership program with KMA is to prepare the participants to be leader prior to be assistant instructor. The program focusing on self confidence, safety, communication skills and discipline.
The participants must earn the credit hours and pass the behaviour exam to continue as trainee. They will have the opportunity to lead the group, giving instructions, helping other students and learning how to coach and motivate the group.
